I don't think we're technically out of DMCA. Instance owners are still responsible for the content on their servers (if they receive a DMCA takedown request), at least in the US.

I definitely feel that tribalism. That said, I'm shocked that thinking about death increased the likelihood that progressives would vote for Trump. That seems crazy.
