As a note, Tangara is for tech people who happen to like music, not for people who like music generally. It might get there eventually, but it sure as hell didn't launch like that.

Source: got one for my spouse. It sits in a drawer.

It depends both on context and on tone. Tone can make it excited or dismissive.

There's a large overlap between ADHD symptoms and autism symptoms.

Natto is one of the worst flavors and textures I've ever had in my life.

Roasted natto is not bad.

Let's hope he can have any effect.

Edit: Read the article. Looks like he might not even get to have the vice-chairship.

[Solved] RAM on the 16 (self.framework)
submitted 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago) by TheButtonJustSpins to c/framework@lemmy.ml

Does the 16 require DDR5 or can it support DDR4?

Is there anything you can do with the x8 in the expansion bay? Could I add a card to support an additional M.2 drive?

I have a 13" NexDock right now that has the issue that the trackpad extends far enough to the right that my thumb pad keeps touching it by accident. The Framework 13 looks similar; has anyone had this issue?

Like, to make folders/categories/collections of them so you can collapse groups in the sidebar?

I used to have this working, but I haven't used it in a while and had to rebuild the server in between, and now it doesn't. How do you set up the PAT in the URL in order to access private repos when building using docker compose?

build: 'https://PAT@github.com/username/repo.git#branch' is what I'm trying to use, but I get:

failed to solve: failed to read downloaded context: failed to load cache key: invalid response status 404

EDIT: See comment for (silly) resolution. The above works.

Basically, which linux distro is the best for a non-power user? Someone who wants to be able to get up and running without having to learn how to manage the OS using the cli.

Quick example: When I install a new OS, the first thing I want to do is install Brave. That should be as easy as "click on this thing, type in brave, select Brave, install."

Anyone know of any good small, local cleaning people or companies? We just need our shower cleaned, so it's not a huge job or anything.

Is there any practical difference between switched and dedicated ports, such as those on the 2100 vs the ones on the 4100? Conceptually, I'd assign a port or a VLAN to an interface and then make rules on that interface, right?
