Turtle necks are my go-to. They pair well with anything you want to wear over it like cartigans, but they also look good with long skirts or pants
This has always bothered me.
Bonus points if the author first mentions a specific trait, physical build, or whatever else halfway through the novel and totally fucks up my mental image.

Voice training question:
How do you find voice models to emulate? All of the trans voice training women have these really cute, clear, beautiful femme voices, but it's really not at all what I want.
I hardly want to increase my pitch at all, really. Just gotta hone in on that resonance. It would be easier if I had a model tho

Any trans people experience this? Does this mean I'm trans? Or is being bored at work a cis thing?

Cancer doesn't just show up so quickly or overnight. It's generally a long process, and the problem is usually the opposite. People don't notice anything, so it grows until it's too late. You should see a doctor if you're feeling nervous, but it's not cancer.
I've also though about having testicular cancer, having to get them removed, and just transitioning because "oh well, I don't have a choice, I guess"
