Yeah, I feel you. I still have mild acne. I thought it would clear up in my 30s, but it didn't.
Luckily, the scarring isn't SO bad. I'm mostly just red and have big pores. Not really any craters.
I think it would probably be easier to get one of those prosthetics that just cover it up and make it look like a pubic mound
