Le 49-3 est dans la constitution et est indépendant des gens qui sont au pouvoir.
L'usage du 49-3 en revanche a un "coût politique" pas anodin.
Ce que je veux dire c'est que c'est conçu pour que notre démocratie ne se comporte pas comme telle dans certains cas.
A ma connaissance Borde se porte très bien politiquement et a même reçu un nouveau poste à l'éducation. J'ai envie de dire peu importe le nom de la personne qui abuse du 49-3 c'est le système qui est cassé en laissant cela possible.
Ça me parait évident que c'est en grande partie lié au manque de confiance des français dans leurs politiques.

So even though the question is interesting I think deleting Lemmy because of the current administration is an over reaction.
On the contrary you probably have the opportunity to freely dissent here when others on mainstream socials networks can't.
