I start a new job Sunday. I’ve had my sleep schedule alarm set to sleep from 11pm to 7am because I need to go to bed at 10pm get up at 6am on Sunday. I know my phone’s clock will automatically adjust, but…do I need to adjust the alarm time in the Health/Sleep app Saturday night, or will my iPhone automatically roll the alarm back an hour as well? I cannot find any answers on this specific situation online to the point I’m considering just getting up at 5am because I do not want to be an hour late my first day. iPhone 13 on iOS 15.6.
