Yes, if you have good people in you're life. I took my gf to her first manipedi and facial, we went heels shopping!

Dead during victory speech, calling it now

If you're enby, it's harder cause there's no "standard" enby look - not even androgyny. For trans femmes, we don't get the usual 12 to 14 year old girl thing of experimenting with every look possible so it can feel overwhelming "how should I look?" Well, the only way is to do what makes you happy! Same for you, whatever your gender presentation means. Paint nails or don't, change your hair or not, wear a dress or pants or shorts - whatever makes your heart sing! Wear a binder if you don't want a chest or whatever or a packer or tuck, whatever makes you happy! The only way to know is to try stuff, maybe brows pinterest and tumblr for gender aesthetic and pick whatever piques your interest.

HVAC is a big one, putting in HEPA filtration but also turning over air. Might as well maintain/improve AC while it's being done I guess - but all that costs money and so many nursing homes are for-profit so they'd rather not spend money on capital improvements when it can go to ownership. Otherwise, they could be stricter with PPE and not letting people in with symptoms but there's just so much fucked up shit that's happening to make workers feel okay or even needing to come in when they're sick.

It was close to 12 months and I asked my doc at every single meeting "can I start prog" lol. The standard (in WPATH I think) is 12 months before the put you on it, and only if you want the extra boob growth. But I dunno, cis girls get both so I wanted both - and there's still evidence it helps with sleep, libido, things other than fat transfer/growth.

I started hrt over a year and a half ago and prog 8 months ago, which has been great! But now the clothes I bought a year ago don't fit cause my ass, tits and thighs are too rocking 😫 which, sure, is a nice problem to have but those clothes were cute...
