It's possibly an ileus, which is a serious thing (your surgeon probably already considered it). You can prevent ileus by moving around early after surgery (early mobilization, that's why they get you to walk really soon). But if it is a bowel obstruction like that there's really only one way to treat it - get a doc to check you out.

It's silly, but are you still farting? If not I'd go talk to a doc. Ileus stops you from farting lol. The mucous could be from it too and it's possible for diarrhea to pass an obstruction or for you to only have a partial obstruction - even a real hardcore impaction and constipation can lead to diarrhea, it just flows around the best it can.

Re GI depending on what it is you can get a fix over the counter. Opioids (very common post surgical pain control) can make you constipated and just mess up your intestines down there, drink water, maybe some PEG or dulcolax, and you should be okay. A fistula is also a concern but treatable, I don't think that's what you were complaining about though.

I still get a lil anxiety from getting a shot, it is an injection. I dunno, seems normal.

I have OCD so I get the obsessive thoughts and anxiety. It shouldn't be like this forever as hard as that may be to believe when you're in the middle of all that anxiety. Besides going to therepy and maybe getting an SNRI prescription (like effexor) you could always focus on making sure you get enough sleep, food, and doing breathing exercises (it sounds dumb but yes doing box breathing when you wake up and go to sleep and a couple times a day can really help with anxiety, it takes time doing it consistently).
