The Seoul western district court sentenced Park Sung-min, a former senior intelligence officer at the Seoul metropolitan police agency, to one and a half years in prison, and Kim Jin-ho, a former intelligence officer at the Yongsan police station, to a year in prison, suspended for three years.

Suspended sentences for both, they won't see prison so long as they don't commit any other crimes in the next 3 years. However, both are now former officers.

It's hard to find other sources for either of them because one turns up an actor by the same name and another turns up a singer by the same name.

Sounds like you need a private jet to take you to meme town.

Were they full priced games as well?

I don't think that bird is singing, I think it's screaming as the worm round its neck takes revenge.

Again, you're ignoring what is practicable. You could in theory rewrite the game from scratch, but that's just not practicable.

Yes but this was also around 30 years ago when data storage was smaller and more expensive.

I disagree, it absolutely was necessary. The AI tool it was based on (Graphite) creates a frame-perfect emulation of control inputs. While it would technically be possible to manually do it, doing so wouldn't be practicable. Even with the tool, it would take much more effort to actually build the level around the player view, and if they automated that then fair play to them.

It's not exactly killing a game, it was never released outside of Japan - and even there it wasn't widely purchased.

The sad thing is the US SNES did actually have a port for this on the bottom, I always wondered what that was for.

It is not Israel’s job to ensure civilian safety.

It is Israel’s job to take reasonable efforts to minimize unnecessary civilian casualties and by all credible accounts they are doing that with telephone calls, text messages, and roof knocking.

Were they doing said job when they sniped a 14 year old girl outside a hospital while she was going to get water?

They really like the phrase "affirmative imputation" when it is pretty redundant.
