Yeah it's definitely true, even with the same manufacturer it can be hit and miss. You gotta do your research before you buy.

If we're going to deport actual American citizens then Maddock should be right near the top of the list.

and that’s even if your phone/carrier allows it.

This is why you should buy the phone outright yourself then get a SIM only deal, rather than paying for your phone in contract.

Lol when I travel to the US I get 12GB roaming per month included for no extra charge.

It's worth it for more than a few days, custom ROMs ftw.

Personally my minimum features are:

  • Long press back button to force close and kill an app.
  • Call recording.

All the other stuff and customisation is just tasty gravy.

This has little to nothing to do with net neutrality, which refers to back end L1 and L2 network interconnections.

I dunno man, CDPR have lost their sheen a little bit for me. Not specifically because of Cyberpunk, but just their general behaviour as a company.

I hope it's good, but I'm not going to count on it. Also I bet they won't carry on the same customer loyalty stuff they did before - I got a preorder discount for Witcher 3 for owning 1 & 2, and the game was eventually updated to include all DLC and morph into the GOTY edition.

Also, the Witcher storyline was pretty well wrapped up after 3. I worry this will be more of a cash grab than anything else.

Dammit, I thought this would be really easy to dox, but it turns out Lego have a bunch of "town centre" models lol.

Turns out BrickLive is on at a few cities in the UK right now: https://www.bricklivegroup.com/what-s-on/

True, but I think you can get some pretty decent high airflow 80mm fans these days.

I love how all the Aones look stoned, except for Arnold himself.

You could probably upgrade the fans.

a lot of people choose Reddit, or Facebook, or Instagram, or Snapchat, because the tradeoff is agreeable.

A lot of people choose those sites because they don't understand the trade off, because the site is presented as "free of charge" while the exchange of your data is a secondary transaction hidden in the fine print of the terms and conditions. It is NOT and exchange of data for access to the service, not at the point of sale, not the way they present it.

There is also a nuance in that you have to grant them rights to your work in order for them to legitimately host the material. This is essential, but they use it as an opportunity to claim far more rights than are necessary, without any fair exchange.
