If you were really wealthy, you might say that you were the top 1%, so 99% are poorer than you. In this case, he's in the top 92% of intelligence wealth, so only 8% have less intelligence than him.

The Nazis are defined by ethno fascism preferring a single race. For the Nazis, it's Aryans; for Israel, it's Jews.
