Cum trees.

I can confirm, parks all over the UK have these, and they smell like cum.

Wasn't there a whole thing about the Tories opening up NHS data to the private sector around the same time?

I'm referring to it being used as a cheap substitute in products advertised as beef or other meats. There was a scandal with Tesco products containing it.

Not that much power, only two wires per line. Four lines would be beefier. Voltage is right up at the top end though, over 100kV at the very least. Definitely a transmission line, not distribution.

You forgot radiation in between Earth and Mars. Even if we can address things planet side, there's a long journey to cover. Also, extended periods in space leave bodies weak when they return to gravity; astronauts are carried out on cushions when they land, but there won't be anyone to do that on Mars.

We definitely need to get moon operations down first.

Cybertruck has been towing things around Starbase in Boca Chica. So yeah, about as well: delayed but still under development.

Not a meme.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Acts prohibits discrimination based on sex in matters of employment. They can dictate what teachers teach, but this should be a slam dunk under federal law.

Yeah that's a better explanation than mine lol. I was thinking their were analogous to human blind spots - there's a spot in both eyes where the nerves are and there are no sensors there. Our brains filter that out, but if you get a sheet of paper marked in the right places and hold it at just the right distance, you can see the markings disappear once you put them in your blind spot. The Wiki page for it actually has a version you can do on your device.

In fact, the pseudopupil is a different type of eye altogether, according to your link, it's essentially just a light sensor and isn't thought to provide an actual image.

The dark pseudopupil is the ommatidium that happen to be pointing towards you, and you are seeing the dark light-absorbing cells at the bottom of them. It doesn’t mean the insect is interested in or paying attention to you. If an insect’s compound eyes aren’t spherical, the pseudopupil will look off-center, making it seem as if they are looking slightly away from you. I especially notice this with praying mantis eyes.

then communism has not been achieved.

I'd agree with that. Communism has not really ever been implemented successfully, for a number of reasons. One of those is incumbents from the old system trying to twist the new system into something else, all for their own benefit so they can stay on top. Another is influence from non-Communist nations eg the US.

As I say, I feel doubtful that you genuinely understand communism.

You keep saying that but offer no actual corrections to say where I'm wrong or what is right.
