I am building a new house and I am trying to prewire as much as possible. If price was not an object what would you pre-wire? in c/homeautomation@selfhosted.forum

Consider running additional cable for the lights to allow for 0-10V dimming. This will provide superior dimming performance. Ra2 Select can support 0-10V dimming.
