Oh wow, yeah, I couldn't see the forks at all until I read this. Even reading the message above, I thought I was just seeing the tips of the forks that I thought were out of frame
I can still mostly see what I originally saw by defocusing my eyes though (looking "through the picture" like with those stereograms thing)
JFC that's gotta be at the very least 6x margin. When 1 idiot with more money than sense can net them 2 months of good salary I'm not surprised they stay in business
It's a real phenomenon when talking about incidents involving two vehicles because you unconsciously dehumanize the person in the vehicle since you're not directly engaging with them, but their machine, and can't really see the person in it.
Same principle applies on the internet where people aren't seeing a person when they are verbally abusing someone online, which makes it much easier to ignore the empathic part of our brain. At least that's what I heard on the radio.
That being said, this one involves a cyclist so I'd just call it attempted murder too.
I felt like shit for bumping a guy's car at 5kmh because it snowed (not common here, so I was on summer tires) and I slipped while braking. He must have noticed it in my face because he cheered me up when he saw that the bumper didn't even have a mark
Can't believe some people would run into a cyclist head on on purpose and live with themselves after, dude's gotta have some anti social disorder
My friends who were all disappointed by 2042 are basically all proudly taking the bait already...
Edit : oh also I forgot, EA expects it to sell 100 MILLIONS UNITS. They're literally setting it up to fail even if it's the most successful game ever in the franchise by a factor of 4. Or their execs are wildly incompetent. At this point I can't be sure which one it is
Also it's not like windows doesn't routinely "forgets" these settings with updates. Or harasses you to opt in again with every update, in the hopes that one day you'll let it slip

I'm fine (I'd rather have it cold but it's still palatable) with room-temperature lager or even weissbier, but anything else... nah. That being said, when room temperature is 30C, all that goes out the window. I'll shotgun the warm beer at the bottom of the bottle after forgetting it for too long because I hate to waste beer, but I won't like it.
Beer-wise, I used to mostly drink Bavaria 8.6 and could even stomach it at room temperature but now my back hurts and that stomach is not as robust as it used to.
