pollen juice? Not sure what you're on about, nectar is a liquid produced separately from pollen, specifically to attract pollinators.

Pollen is plant sperm, nectar is more equivalent to sweat/milk.

a smoothie is.. smooth. It should be much more viscous than juice, which is basically just flavoured water.
