Oh boy. Thanks for that. I searched settings for 'notification' and of course found nothing related.

Is that known as the status bar then and I've been calling it the wrong thing all this time?

Is it possible to add an option to remove the notification bar at the top of the screen when scrolling? Basically full screen when scrolling.

There used to be a Reddit app that supported this but I forget which.

It may be 1-3 but technically England scored all goals in this game

Just a regular day going to work, not realising that soon you'll need to choose how you die. Absolutely horrible.

What was/is wrong with PhpBB?

Honestly, when my favourite subscriptions post these thumbnails I don't watch the video. I have one that has never done anything like this but posted their latest video with someone's stupid shocked face on it. I won't watch it and if they continue I'll be unsubscribing.

I think this is just the grumpy old man coming out of me. I realise they are just trying to get more views. It's just frustrating they got this popular without these thumbnails so why start now?

Honestly. If you're going to move your email then think about using an alias service first or as part of the move. That way it's so much easier to move your mailbox in the future. You also get better spam protection when you create an alias for each site. Luckily I had already invested in changing all my services to use their own email alias and pointed them to Gmail. When looking for a new mailbox provider I was receiving mail going to multiple mailboxes. Once I was happy I went down to one service and ditched the others.

Personally. I went with SimpleLogin and my own domain name. I ended up with 300 aliases. Yes that took a long time to go around updating websites! I also use Bitwarden which I used to generate the aliases using my API key from SimpleLogin.

I've been a long term user of Chrome. Ever since it was released really. But the whole DRM thing is alarming and last month I migrated back to Firefox. It also led me to migrating my emails to somewhere else. I'm now looking at other services but wow does it make you realise just how much I rely on Google. Partially with an android phone.

Oh I also switched to duckduckgo from Google and can't see a downgrade in search results.

WhatsApp is king where I am (outside the US). I'd like to see RCS succeed as I wasn't happy when Meta purchased WhatsApp.
