I don't get where OP is going with this either?

I signed up for skiff when looking at providers to move away from Gmail but the one thing that stopped me was they didn't have a way to export mail. I know it's on their list but until then I can't use it.

Their free tier is very generous too. 10GB of storage would be ample for all my saved mail.

Previously, I'd be forever using incognito to perform searches. Just to try and avoid seeing constant ads based on my searches. Since switching I no longer have to do this.

I'm far from being privacy conscious as some in this community but just switching to Firefox and Duckduckgo from Chrome and Google has yielded amazing results for me. I no longer feel like everything I do online is being tracked.

X. Why not now?

I run Plex, Jellyfin, nginx, nginx proxy manager, AdGuard, portainer, a flame startpage, nextcloud, unifi controller and Wireguard on a Pi4 4GB. I don't really run into any CPU issues. Transcoding video on Jellyfin or Plex though is a no no though.

Pointless fact, I was walking to get lunch from work and saw Chris (the guy from explaining computers) crossing the road. Made me double take. This was a few years back when I first saw his Pi videos.

Honestly. Off the back of this debacle I switched to Firefox and duckduckgo. Previously I used to use the shit out of incognito because I hated that when I searched for something once that I then get that thing popping up everywhere else in ads etc. Since the switch I no longer get the feeling of being stalked.

While I know the internet loves to shit on Boris I will say that this is mirror.co.uk, which is a pretty lousy newspaper, so can hardly be trusted.

I was strongly considering an iPhone this year. It would have been my first time since the iPhone 4S. Ultimately the overall cost of the Pixel 8 was nearly half of what it would have cost me to get the iPhone. I couldn't justify the extra cost for not really gaining anything extra.

Being at the bottom makes more sense on today's larger phones. I'm just so used to it being at the top it's hard to get used to it being at the bottom of the screen.

As far as I know. We're waiting on Apple to update iOS to locate rogue trackers. Google was holding off on the summer release until this was done. I can't imagine Apple will rush to get this done to slow the release of a competitors product.
