It's because star wars cannot exist without rehashing the same old member berries. It always boils down to empire/Jedi/force.

It was never intended as more than a setting for a fun space adventure. Now that Disney opened the floodgates on Star Wars shit that became painfully obvious again.

Silent Hill 2 is one of the best games ever made. You can't live up to that, and this game won't. When they recreated that shot where James looks in the mirror in the very first trailer and gave him a big frowny face, that's all I needed to know. They're not going to capture what made the first game a masterpiece.
