I know I can link directly to a community on my local server with /c/community@instance

I didn't know that. I was hoping for a simile to the /r/subreddit thing. Didn't think of the fact that the @instance was needed. Makes sense now that I think about it.

Still getting my brain used to this new federated stuff...

I just tested this on my phone now in Jerboa and it opens the community in-app for me, not a browser. .

I'm in version 0.0.32

Never heard of this before. I’ll check it out!

Same here.

I read these articles as a nice piece of mind for future me to have a solution should I ever need it.

But my steamdeck joysticks haven't been an issue at all so far.

Nah it's probably just my fault taking you literally. It was a long day at work and my brain was a bit fried.

Sorry!

That is insane. Kudos to whoever had the patience to make that.

You should try posting it to the "What is this thing" community.

I can't figure out a way to link to a community from within the jerboa app, but the web url for it is:

https://lemmy.ml/c/whatisthisthing

I wish it was like reddit where I could just type:

/c/whatisthisthing

And it would link to the local community. Oh well.

Good luck!

Wow I am the exact opposite 😂

I would not be for the removal of these points as the only option here.

If anything having a new option in the settings of the app to hide any up/down/vote counts seems like the only way to not make some people happy and others upset.

Let people choose.

I still think showing those numbers should be the default though.

#1!

I remember going to the bookstore and looking at a Nintendo Power magazine. The postcards they had in there for you to mail in and subscribe always had art or photos on them. And one of them had a small blurry photo of one of the dungeons in Zelda.

I yanked that postcard out and took it home with me to study the dungeon with a magnifying glass so I could beat it 😂

Please do! That would be great!
