For me it's a question of balance.

Most smaller encounters are easy for my PCs, but major encounters should be tough, have a risk of PCs dying and also have the rewards be epic.

This is all just my opinion though, but seems my group likes it.

Remove the AUR package(s) and try again.

libkipi, kipi-plugins and libmediawiki-git are AUR packages.

I run 2 x 4K monitors with 125% scaliong each. Works really well.

There seems to have been a big restructuring of those gamescope session packages recently.

If you installed them a little while ago, try completely removing them, clear out the cached stuff and rebuild and install the new ones.

There are a few not-so-popular-yet options for QT based desktops out there.

I think LXQT fills the role of XFCE well.

And for an LXDE equal thing you could look at something like PaperDE or even DesQ although they are very early days still.

DE independant but using libadawaita?

As far as I know only Gnome is actively using libadwaita. Sure it can run on any DE. And that's good.

In my Android 13 based phone OS, there's an entry in Settings > Accessibility for color correction. So no need for a separate app.

If I'm checking for updates, I will usually need to update any dependencies too.

I don't see a reason why only showing updates to explicitly installed packages is a good thing.

If I'm updating or checking for updates, I need to update it all.

cloud based thermostat is a wide term. You need to be a little more specific.

Like Zigbee, Z-wave or Wifi? All of those can be cloud. I don't have any thermostats yet, but I am considering getting some Zigbee ones, because those can connect locally to my Home Assistant instance.

So regular web browser can browse IPFS only systems?

That likely just means that none of the other fediverse projects has implemented it yet.
