Would be even better if colleges supported web standards in general, instead of just Chrome...

It's part of the "focus" workflow. Having app indicators might distract you from your current task, so they don't want them.
I know it doesn't solve anything, but I just want to mention that I run a Ryzen 5700G APU with Arch Plasma and have no such crashes. Granted, I don't have an nvidia GPU.
I'm pretty old school, but as I only have 1 server, I just use ssh
, df
, du
and top
.
True, but when the android SDK gets to old, it's been years since it was last released. Most apps these days still support Android 6. A thing depending on wlroots, will likely break on the next wlroots update. I do get your point though. Anything that is unmaintained is at risc of breaking at any point.
In a normal domain/DNS scenario, you need to make sure your domain points to the correct IP. Most registrars have websites where you can manage which domain points to which domain in the DNS records.
- I would assume you'd need to keep updating the DNS record to match the IP you have.
- I'm not. Nothing like that is completely free. I wonder how they pay for the DNS...
I use Nextcloud for a lot of things, including caldav and carddav. So can't help you with alternatives there.
Thank god I'm on openssh 9.6, since it appears to only target openssh 9.5 and below.
I use what the DE usually provides, which is Konsole in Plasma. I don't need fancy stuff as I only do basic stuff in the terminal.
