This fucking eel should've been behind bars many years ago. Now he's going to destroy the world econony and USAs integrity. It's going to be an interesting 4 years to come.
The problem is that the police has way too little training, and most of it is weapons training. If the only tool you know how to use is a gun, then you become a villain.
Most European countries require 3 or more years of training. It's basically a bachelors degree, with ethics and conflict handling. Because of this, police brutality is nowhere near the levels of the US.
