You can volunteer to help the people who are already suffering. If you are talking about affecting major change in the political landscape, you can run for office if you are eligible.
Change takes time and effort, you can either contribute to the efforts or throw up your hands and give up.
Look at the Zohran Mamdani campaign. 26k people canvassing for him. Those are just normal people who are just like you. They are helping create what could be a new wave of politicians that are focused on helping people rather than satisfying PACs.
At the end of the day it is not really a question of what can you do, but how much effort are you willing to put in.

Get connected with your community if you haven't already. As things get worse we will only have power as a group, not individuals.
The more isolated people are, the less they will be able to stand up to fascism.

There are plenty of details about this case that are damning af. Plenty of officials that had close ties to him who are currently holding major positions of power. That is where your talking points should be focused IMO.

As long as you can communicate appropriately for the situation (I.E. an emergency, to perform your job adequately, or for serious discussions) I don't think it matters in the long run what others think.
Ngl, trump waffling around with tarriffs is already causing major damage to the economy. Companies need to project costs for budgeting to keep their business operational. Him constantly putting out changing information is causing layoffs and all sorts of chaos.
All that to say, they should really nut up sooner than later.
