I have been watching this case for a little while and it looks like the most likely one to show how much power the judicial branch has under this administration.
I would wager the answer is "none", but we won't know for sure until it happens.

That is clever.
Hmm, looks like it has been used by a variety of people for a while. This is what I could find, but if you have a better source for that claim, I am open to correction.
Missing an IPad with one of those anti-drop cases. He needs something to do while daddy is talking.
Won't someone think of the billionaires? 🥺
I appreciate this post, really helps me fill out my block list. It is sad that people cannot just let others live as they want.
I would bet against that. Rules for thee, but not for me.
Are they being ruined in the courts? I haven't seen any recent updates on this situation, but so far I am tracking that the admin has basically ignored the unfreeze ruling.
Due to similarities, both cases were assigned to U.S. District Judge Amir H. Ali, who issued a temporary restraining order against the USAID funding freeze on Feb. 13. Despite that order, the Trump administration, in a Feb. 18 filing, admitted it had circumvented the court’s order.
Here is a more recent article on this: https://lawandcrime.com/high-profile/i-cant-get-a-straight-answer-from-you-judge-loses-patience-with-trump-admin-lawyer-for-repeatedly-ignoring-court-order-unfreezing-usaid-funds-issues-harsh-evidentiary-demands/
Trump said there will be pain before America is "great again". So, expect any news like this to be ignored by the party of "fiscal responsiblility".
