I made the mistake of listening to Twitter. All the rhetoric around the release time convinced me the movie was going to be terrible and full of super weird CGI.

I watched it. It really wasn't. The CGI was only weird when it was fitting for the story. Even the baby in the microwave made sense in context. The movie itself was actually better than the DCAMU's Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox (though that's a bit of a low bar because that movie is probably the weakest part of the DCAMU.)

Wow, those spots really make it hard to make sense of them. I thought it was AI generated for a minute.

And live versions of worship music.

Fixed that for you:

The same meme but they both wash their hands.

Forgot about this comment and came back to a paragraph long comment where the line "Women>Men" popped out to me. My first thought was "Oh no, what political thing did I comment on this time?"

Anyways, thanks for the tip. Let's make the automated vehicles prioritize staring at women and anyone who dares to stand out.

If you're watching a crosswalk with a bunch of people crossing at the same time, who do you look at, hmm?

From "double click game.exe" to beginning actual gameplay took all of 68 seconds just now on a fairly average AAA game I have (Gotham Knights,) and 90% of that was just loading time with no further input required. This was on Steam (which was not running in the background because I stopped it first,) but because I used a desktop shortcut, I did not have to click through all the menus and close the ad window.

I use Avast, thank you.

How dare you curse me with this knowledge.

It's a weird font. Anything with a curved bottom dips below the level of flat bottoms.

I guess it would feel less intrusive if it weren't four spaced out lines where most comments are one.

Regardless, even if it's for a good cause, it is an advertisement. It's informing users of Piped for the purpose of getting them to use it. Existing Piped users already have a convenient way to set up redirects, which have been posted several times.

I guess it seems a lot nicer to people who actually want to use the service, but to people who don't, it's just advertising.

That's just irresponsible farming. It can happen with almost any crop.
