No new people are allowed on festival grounds now due to ground conditions. So any arrival method, not just by car, has been cancelled.
I wonder if those prohibited from entering will get their money back?

Tja. Network was overloaded before, so now it starts breaking. Luckily part of the problem are track works aimed at increasing capacity.
But you are right, there is lots to be done. Maybe the politicians will see the surge of travellers and finally take network extensions and increased fault resilliency seroious now.
E-Scooters are much better in conjunction with public transit as they take up much less space and are easier to take up steps to the platform.
As such they are a good personal transportation option to solve the 'last mile'.
I do however think that public, shared E-Scooters are a big nuicance to a citys center especially

In my opinion it should be doctor every 5 years, driving test every 10. And as you get significantely older both intervals get reduced.
Well it could have been end to end encrypted leaving no way to turn anything over. It's like turning over someones mail after it has been delivered because you made a copy of everything that came through.
Das dargestellte produkt scheint augenscheinlich nicht den Lack zerkratzen zu wollen. Es scheint sogar nach vorne zu klappen solle ein anderer Verkehrsteilnehmer zu dicht am Rad vorbei fahren.
Mir erscheint es also nicht so, als ginge es um selbstjustiz. Es sieht für mich wie eine maßnahme zur prävention aus. Hier soll der Fahrradfahrer breiter erscheinen als er eigentlich ist. Verkehrsteilnehmer die oft nah überholen halten so automatisch einen größeren, und sicheren, abstand ein.
Das Produkt erscheint außerdem kurz genug als das ich behaupten würde es ginge nicht darum 2 Meter abstand einzuvordern, sondern eher 20 Zentimeter. Insbesondere da Fahrräder je nach Fahrer gerne mal einige Zentimeter nach links/ rechts schwanken ist so ein abstand meines erachtens nach Lebenswichtig. Einziger Kritikpunkt von mir ist der Retroreflektor der insbesondere bei Nacht und niedrigen Kfz zu blendungen oder ablenkungen führen könnte.

Yeah. They will have all the expected running costs of a big event but suddenly with a lot less people. If they refund tickets despite still having a majority of the costs I hope they are insured.
