That's entirely the point. The less traffic .ml has, the less influence it has over the overall Fediverse and the less their harmful authoritarian views can be spread. New users that sign up on Lemmy are constantly exposed to their curated extremist views and get banned for dissenting, which puts a bad taste in their mouths and they tell everyone else what a tankie shithole Lemmy is. Dessalines and Davel are actively harmful to the entire platform with their behaviour.
Any new account from lemmings.world or lemmy.cafe that acts like this is the same user evading bans. They can be safely reported and ignored, they get banned very quickly. They've been doing this since last year.
Some people on here have nothing better to do except make accounts to evade bans and act like a twat. That being said, this is most likely the "fuck Draconic NEO" person from elsewhere in this thread who is impersonating someone else. Almost wonder if it's Antiyanks again, their behaviour is incredibly similar.
The fake chats all seem to use the exact same image too. Apparently this one woman works for dozens of support sites if you were to believe she was real in the first place.
