You should try Linux mint

That is what we need to do, take what is ours, the content itself

The problem lies in the federative aspect of it.

Calling the communities "sublemmies" for example, would mean that people on kbin have to call it like that too. And afaik they are called in a general way for the fediverse, just like how mastodon changed toot to post.

Does this make the platforms less unique? Yes, absolutely, but I don't think there is a fix for it.

I don't like reddit, its centralized nature makes it want to die for profit at some point.

The problem is, the refugees of reddit that are not tech savy enough will not migrate to the fediverse, if they even migrate at all... like you said.

Thank you! Is there any rss feed or something to get notified of free games like this? I have missed some free games previously.

There are i2p trackers and the only way for torrents to get there is by crosseeding them (from clearweb), qbitorrent on the v6.0 release will make this easier.

And you can also just upload to i2p trackers directly.

It is slower, but since it is a p2p network the more people that use it the faster it gets. (in theory) (sort of like seeding the network)

What about i2p torrenting?

[–] SmallAlmond@lemmy.dbzer0.com 6 points 2 years ago

Been wondering the same for a long time, but still haven't found the answer

Crazy milestone! It has made Linux gaming actually possible!

For the whatsapp bridge, don't you require a phone on 24/7?
