The solution is to find another ADHDer and overshare together! Autistic people might work too! It's certainly one of the major reasons why I vibe well with other people who have autism or ADHD.
Humans have likely eaten bugs with their food by accident for as long as humans existed. Bugs are everywhere, and its impossible to be meticulous and get them all out always.
Also the advocating for violence rule has always been weird, because it's rarely against the rules to advocate for war, even if it's literally violence and also much much worse due to the scale and horror of it.

Who cares though. It's a fur suit. It's basically identical to a mascot costume.
Maybe it's energy intensive, but energy can be clean, especially now that renewable energy is starting to become the cheapest form of energy. You could even make up for the variance by only processing when there is an energy surplus.
