What about giving companies control of the food instead, as it is today? I'm sure that's better. Companies have never done anything wrong, of course.

But would the people present in Gaza currently know that?

All they would see and feel are airstrikes and bombs being dropped on them.

The point is, this is going to create far more radicalism than it would solve.

If I lived in Gaza now, I probably would have started to think Hamas were right all along.

And the only reason I'm not, is because I was lucky in my birth lottery. I am here not there. I am safe, and not there in danger for my life.

It's literally just luck.

Not everybody is so lucky.

I wish cooperation was a lot more typical in the world, instead of the egoistic and power hungry normal that it is. Doing whatever one can do to get an upper hand, instead of just trying to make the world a better place. In the long run, we all would benefit.

Not just was, is. It's still one of the most popular and better Tower Defense games put there.

A freezer with liquids inside? Those are big bottles there.

Tbh there's not too much to get. A lot of it is covered in bullshit and buzzwords.

AI is a little similar, except there really is a useful and practical technology at the core of it.

Many things are really just getting worse, though.

I'm in my 20s, I love new stuff, and am excited for new technologies...

But the stuff that existed for the last 5-10 years? Yeah, they're just getting objectively worse. From social media, to Google, to basically almost anything that private companies control.

Not everything is getting worse, but enough are that it may be difficult to discern at times.

Do you want pipelines blown up? Because this is how you get pipelines blown up.

History is always going to look back at the climate protestors fondly. It's frustrating that so much is standing in the way for the obvious long-term choices.

Most likely yes
