I mean, this depends on the layout of the heating device. It could also just be a metal plate with a single heating element underneath, using metal to distribute the heat.

Wouldn't a fuse be enough to prevent that?

It sounds like it. But in practice? Not really?

As that's assuming every partner gets the same amount of attention as in a mono relationship, but your partner(s) has other partners, they can hang out with someone else when you are busy or need some time for yourself. How much time you spend with your partner(s) is very flexible.

In fact, in my polycule, people tend to actually get more alone time, because you are not the sole person fulfilling your partner's romantic needs. It's remarkably flexible, and, while it may need some planning and/or making sure you tend to your relationships, in my case it feels remarkably straightforward and freeing.

It's a thing I like a lot, actually. Not feeling like I am the sole person responsible for someone's romantic needs. It lifts a fair amount of stress off of me.

This flexibility means you can tune a lot of things, into what works for everyone.

And if IDF doesn't stop shooting like they do now, will the continued escalation make less people flock to anti-israel organization like Hamas? Because all I can see happening is that, while Israel may take over some land, they are just strengthening the support of terrorists.

I feel like many people simply struggle with media literacy. As in, reading between the lines. They see the surface level cool guy and leave it at that, no further analysis.

I already discussed this exact thing once before on Lemmy, I'll link to my old comment chain https://lemmy.blahaj.zone/comment/3441189

And some other of the artist's comics https://twitter.com/GregVann/status/1085788036573540354

But in short, no, in context this artist is anti-car.

Is it actually self-stabilizing though? Or I guess it depends what you mean by that. AFAIK the earth has been in many different stages lasting for long times, changing from one to the other due to various factors. But it's unlikely earth will return to a pre-industrial state, even after millions of years, especially if we keep emitting CO2, I believe.

But if you just mean that a new plateau will be reached eventually, then sure, a mass extinction will still happen though.

"and if you so much as touch your dick or butthole you will burn in hell for all of eternity. Don't forget god loves you tho, he just made you horny for the lolz"

"also if you heavily distressed by this its your fault and you are full of sin/possessed by the devil"

No but, telling kids masturbation will send them to hell is seriously fucked up. It distressed the hell out of me as a kid. As if God wouldn't want us to have a healthy relationship with sex (which God would have created!!) or something.

I don't think it's meant to be serious. It's probably a collection of old "wives' takes" or something like that.
