I swear, if I could afford just a good 2 or so years long break to stabilize my life, I would actually be able to do good and effective work. Instead I feel like I am always just barely scraping by at the edge of my ability, due to being overworked and burnt out.
Who cares? Why does a comic need to be more complex than stick figures? Are you going to criticize xkcd, maybe one of the most beloved web comics, of drawing stick figures too?

I wish we would just build a shitton of tiny apartments. I currently live in 22m^2, and honestly, it's nice (except for the price..). Give me like 30m^2 or 35m^2 instead and I could probably live there for as long as I live alone. I don't need a big place, what am I gonna use all that space for, anyway?

A lot of agriculture is driven by fossil fuels though. Or, more specifically, fossil fuels in energy and transportation, as well as in fertilizer production.
It's still resources that could be spent towards something else, something ultimately more productive.
Building a house takes a lot of work, so why spend that effort into building a bomb that destroys many such houses, instead? What does this achieve for humanity?
