An update should be coming any time. The dev said it would happen sometime after the image-gen was updated, which was a month or two later than expected, so the schedule is just running behind a little.

In the meantime, bear in mind that for character information, Perchance only has about 1800k context allotted. Sounds like a lot but it breaks down quickly with multiple characters or 2,000 word descriptions. The entire context is only about 6k, and that has to fit character descriptions, reminders, summary, lore, and memories, and previous messages. It's not much at all, tbh.

I've switched to using SillyTavern at least until Perchance's model is upgraded, then I'll take another look and see if I want to continue using it.

Honestly I was just venting a little since the topic was relevant. I'm not even sure the "Dev" here is the same one that made the comments plugin?

And I doubt they care much since they don't even have an admin password set up in the first place, lol.

Can we just have some moderation tools period? Like trusted users to be given mod position in official chatrooms since the Dev is unwilling or unable to moderate them? AI-Character-Chat in particular has been taken over by bigots and right-wing trolls, and no amount of reporting or blocking does anything.

Yeah...almost like that's the problem. XD

You can still find stocks that pay dividends. 3-month treasury dealios pay out regularly, and something like MORT (A REIT ETF) has like 11% dividend rate. Companies like Microsoft and Amazon also pay dividends, but small, like 3-5%.

If you've ever dealt with addiction or know someone who has, it's not obvious. People will go to great lengths to convince themselves they don't have a problem.

The study identifies a disconnect between the high expectations of managers and the actual experiences of employees

Did we really need a study for that?

Crazy how the bureaucratic machine just keeps on chugging even when entire cities are being demolished by missiles and artillery. I'm sure it had something to do with maintaining relations with the countries relying on it too, but still. I assume they were even still being paid by Russia to allow the oil through, as part of whatever deal they had.

I've never had a twitter account. Finally got around to making a Mastodon account and I have no f'ing clue what to do with it.
