This is the way. If you know any of the other neighbours you could ask if they know anything. If no explanation, then proceed to calling for welfare check.

Not a shameful habit. Sip or slurp its personal choice, drink your coffee however you enjoy it. Donโ€™t need to force yourself to be like other people. If you want it to stay warm for longer you could make it in an insulated cup?

Would it be worth getting an allergy test? Then you could know if it was lactose only, or whole milk etc. Might leave some options open and you could know what to look for on labels.

Different things work for different people. If you try and it doesnโ€™t work out, you can stop or ask doctor for alternatives. If you feel you donโ€™t have enough information about the medication, possible side effects etc, call the doctor and see if they can answer your questions. If you want to try a bit longer with therapy before starting medication, theres nothing wrong with that choice. Healthcare should occur in the context of informed consent, but some doctors are not great at the โ€˜informedโ€™ part!

Gorgeous day outside. Shopping done. Went for a big walk in the park. Now I have the cbfs so just gonna read or do jigsaw. Dinner will be meatballs with mash and salad.

I think Leoโ€™s said 12 months until they close. Probably the time they need for apartment plans and approvals.

Sirena is the best tuna.

I currently have negative motivation credits so sadly none to lend. But Iโ€™ll leave this here. Jog on the spot, a few air punches, then show that floor whoโ€™s the boss. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=btPJPFnesV4&pp=0gcJCfwAo7VqN5tD

This year I grew tomatoes, and found rats are stealing them. I am certain itโ€™s rats because I have seen them. Have tried netting the tomato plants, but rats found ways in. Called an exterminator to bait in the roof and under house. Feel ambivalent about it, because if a predator bird takes an affected rat it may get ill. But Iโ€™m located deep in suburbia and have never seen an owl or eagle so I think itโ€™s unlikely. Didnโ€™t work though, still have rats. Have given up on the tomatoes, plants are destroyed. What are your strategies for ridding yourself of ratty pestilences?
