I'm guessing that you have a Smart Life Zigby hub? Check the specifications of the hub to see if it works in the Smart Life app.
Silent-Piccolo
Or flash it. Or even use it with the stock firmwhere but firewall off from the Internet so you can only control it with something like the web interface or home assistant.
That's Wi-Fi based.
Probably just a reskinned Smart Life app.
Why did you go with the pro version, which is more overpriced than Apple products, rather than the regular version, which is more overpriced than it should be? Not saying that the regular version won't have this issue, just saying that I think you get more functionality with it.
Apparently the third reality Matter three in one nightlight, motion sensor, and light sensor is on sale. 13% off, but it's a new product so we may see it go on sale for cheaper. Because it's matter certified, it's natively compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit, Samsung SmartThings, and home assistant right out of the box. It might be compatible with other services that support matter with an update or plug-in.
Not being the most tech savvy and being tech illiterate are two completely different things. If you are tech savvy enough to use complex features of a graphic user interface, GUI, even if they are a bit weird to set up, I recommend something like a hubitat hub. I would not recommend home assistant for you as you are not the most tech savvy person. If you are pretty much tech illiterate, you're probably just gonna have to use timers. The automation solutions for tech illiterate people don't allow for much automation flexibility. If you're somewhere in the middle and have Apple products, you can actually make very powerful HomeKit automations that run completely locally. They are pretty easy to set up as long as you don't need to use the convert to shortcut action.
Govee space heaters.
Open up the fan remote battery compartment and see if there are small switches in there. If so, you can set those to a different frequency, but you'll have to do the exact same thing on the fan remote box.
Glorified scene controller/Z wave repeater/power monitor.
Bond bridge will if you don't mind the overpriced price tag.
ONVIS contact sensor, the Bluetooth one I think though because the thread version doesn't have a built-in security system. However you do need Apple HomeKit.
