The best teams have multiple top tier players at important position, aka blue chip players. The Bears don't really have any obvious blue chip players. 1 or 2 could be arguable, but not that everyone agrees on. Roster isnt very good. Yet. And obviously coaching is terrible. We all know. It also gets posted about here every hour.
