I'm not shocked but highly dismayed that they manage to be a positive number at all.

Shh, you'll spoil the surprise...

Because nothing says freedom and individual rights like authoritarians using the military to suppress dissent.

Some comms are treated like the mod's personal sounding board. Post what they want but refuse any discussion on it.

They like to float these ideas to gauge reaction, but I can't imagine where they would think anyone would ever vocally support this.

I wonder, just as a thought exercise, what would happen if they ended up decertifying the election. I would presume some do-over eventually, if anyone could trust the system any more, but in the meantime do you just rewind the last couple months and decide it didn't happen?

Keep copies and circulate this stuff. They'll try and rewrite history through the media at every opportunity.

Well when you have a major chunk of the population actively hostile to science for disagreeing with their established world views that's not unexpected.

So let's see, they ignore the SCOTUS to leave him in a foreign jail while they cook up some charges that he was never accused of before being disappeared the first time.

For extra media punch they slander him saying he murdered someone and asked for nudes from kids, but conveniently didn't charge him for those.

Now despite no prior record or charges they declare he's a major risk to society and needs to be locked away, and thus away from the media and interviews until trial.

"This is what American justice looks like..."

...but only since the asylum got overrun.

Reality doesn't actually consist of an unending torrent of bullshit drowning people in misery, that's just what sells in the media and outrage algorithms.

Sometimes people like to see a win in their life rather than be told it's all going to hell.

It'd hilarious if Trump's fight with Musky resulted in a massive boost to NASA finding to screw over SpaceX.

Realistically, I'd more expect they just try and switch to Bezo's cock rockets inc and claim it's a better deal.
