How can I make a shortcut to turn off the vibration in silent mode? (alien.top)

I use my iPad Pro for work and as I’m ACTIVELY reading the messages on there my phone vibrates every time I get a message. So I manually turn it off when at the office but it has caused me to miss important calls. Can I automate this process?
