Unless of course you want them to look at something specific that the query string automatically selects for them. It'd be pretty confusing in that case if you removed the query string and they're just looking at thousands of entries in a table or something.

Yes, but as @Chee_Koala already pointed out it's flat terrain and for the most part it's relatively soft. If you were to extended walking in your home it would probably be wise to wear shoes or change your gait. Walking on hard cement or stone for extended periods of time while landing primarily on your heel would definitely be bad for you.

I think you look nice, although perhaps a bit sad in this picture mostly because your eyes give me sad (or bored) vibes. It's not your appearance, although a genuine smile that reaches the eyes would do a lot to make you more approachable - I can't tell if that's the issue from this picture since you're not smiling. It might be something to do with your posture, or some way that you act like maybe the way you walk. It's really not obvious, but yeah, you look a nice person to me.

I doubt that there's any real benefit to walking barefoot. There seems to be very little science to support it that I can find, but I'd be interested to see if anyone can find some.

I question the benefits mostly because it's well known by historians that before the invention of modern shoes, most people walked very differently than we do now. Heel-to-toe walking basically didn't exist until modern thick-soled shoes became commonplace, and instead toe-to-heel or rather ball-of-the-foot-to-heel was the norm.

If you're going to walk barefoot, make sure you learn how to walk barefoot safely. Here's a pretty good video about how to do it correctly: https://pi.ggtyler.dev/watch?v=3iLJ0frWE9E

My partner likes to listen to lofi music. Lately she's been obsessed with Baldur's Gate 3 so she plays a youtube video that's 10 hours of the "down by the river" song and a campfire sound from BG3. We've also done a 10 hour Star Trek TNG bridge noises video before for awhile lol

I've watched Sabine for awhile, she's a really great science reporter who keeps things simple and pretty brief. Just a note though, I feel like she sometimes takes very skeptical and conservative views on some subjects where she doesn't really have any expertise. It also makes me kind of uncomfortable how she seems to be obsessed with Elon Musk, she mentions him in basically every video.

Despite all that, she's pretty great, check her out, just keep in mind she talks about a lot of things she isn't an expert in.

I've tried both pretty extensively and moonlight is so, so much better. I was really surprised, but it's far and away better than steam link. You can stream your PC by using Sunlight - https://github.com/LizardByte/Sunshine

For maximum security your password manager should have a password and you have no choice but to remember that password.

I think it's that neuro-diverse people tend to gravitate towards each other, so this is probably survivor's bias. I definitely find that other people with ADHD are able to grab and hold my attention better than neuro-typical people and also they're more understanding and forgiving when I'm flaky, or too hyperactive, or whatever.

Some of the strongest and easy to remember passwords are just a few words strung together with a few numbers.

For example: Simpsons7-Purple4-Monkey1-Dishwasher8

Just remember "Simpsons Purple Monkey Dishwasher" and "7418". You're probably never going to forget that and I just tossed it into a password strength tester and it said it would take about 46 billion years to randomly guess it.

It's definitely an edge case by say you're in ~/ and you run a script like ./code/script.sh then it thinks the current working direct is ~/ rather than what is probably intended which is ~/code/. If your bash script uses full paths like /home/$USER/code/ then it will still run correctly regardless of the current working directory that the scrip was run from.

If the person in question has ADHD, maybe cut them some slack. I have ADHD and I'm terrible at messaging people even though I enjoy talking to them and hanging out with them. I hope that my friends understand that.
