Yuki looks good man. Lawson also looks way more comfortable. Seems like somehow red bull have taken the decision that is best for everyone involved

They put him into the meat grinder when they put him into the red bull seat. He was nowhere near ready for that experience wise.

I am hoping yuki does decent.

Everybody knows it's the car. Even max has told the media the car is poor and that he thinks the VCARB actually might be the better car.

This. Yuki has no drive in the long term since he recommitted to Red Bull group instead of moving around when he had the chance during big driver shuffle. Also yuki has been formula 1 a lot longer lawson, hadjar, etc. so he will get the benefit of the doubt even if he doesn't perform as he has a proven track record behind him. If he does do decent, it will mark him as an adaptable driver who can drive difficult cars and his stocks go up.

Yeah I just checked. Stroll was on the wets during the first formation lap (the one where Hadjar crashed). They changed it before the next start and stroll was never shown again so I thought he was still on wets. My bad

I was watching onboards and lap times and Alonso was gapping Stroll

To be fair, ~~stroll was on wets on a drying track so that was not such a big achievement~~. Yes he would have finished ahead of stroll, but I don't think he would have finished ahead of kimi or albon

Also VCARB screwing tsunoda as usual after a brilliant weekend upto that point
