Yeah I am Bayern fan but I am hoping that arsenal wins the league which I is why I am here.

I do think if there's clubs that can do it it's gotta be us / Liverpool / Manchester United with the massive extremely online Anglophone fanbases lol.

The problem is there is no German speaking community for Bayern Munich either. It is just that people from the fcbayern subreddit never moved to lemmy - the height of irony that fanbases who have fought for the right to have control over the club are sticking with a platform over which they have no control

No that has got like only 2 people active. I used to try to jolt the Bayern community into life but after receiving no traction on several posts in a row I just stopped trying. I see the Liverpool community go towards the same path. Hopefully c/Liverpool's situation improves in the future.

I am not an arsenal fan per se but I am subbed to this community because it is the only football community active here on lemmy. c/soccer is just so dead. I appreciate you guys for being able to actually create a functioning community here
