I just remember one of the first times I came across reddit, that someone shared the IP address of an FTP server Ubisoft had left exposed to the internet with no authentication required, and it was full of images of, iirc, unreleased games

Will lead to some instances becoming larger parts of the ecosystem than others, but as this scales we should see a better choice of instances so will level out in time. Is lemmy.ml the largest instance currently?

People mostly figured out crypto en mass, give it time someone will create a great infographic to help I am hoping (I would but I’m not great at design)

Any unmoderated community is part of why reddit has had a slow bleed death to this point. I hope they don’t come to lemmy

I use ChatGPT premium GPT-4 connected to bing, almost exclusively in place now, obviously there is no community discussion but the answer I can get out of it have helped me quite a bit, and I’m an engineering manager
