Personally i take folic acid (vitamin B9). I get Basic brand and its 400mcg, 200 count, for $8 (im in america).

Honeslty 30 didnt really mean anything to me. Went on a 3 day weekend trip to celebrate which was fantastic tho.. Im 37 now and already looking down the barrel at 40. Thats probably going to be a big deal
I thought the same for quite a long time, and admittedly, im still not convinced that i dont have adhd, but i did recently learn i have a folate deficiency. That can lead to a type of anemia, and in combination gave me a lot of symptoms that looks like adhd (memory loss, fatigue, inability to concentrate, lack of fucks to give, brain fog). A simple supplement did a ton to get me back on track
Even saying that doesnt take away their embarrassment
Its not just aluminum either. Many powedered metals can do this too. And once it starts, theres no good way to extinguish it. You basically have to let it burn out.
Im personalty familiar with the effects of titanium
ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?
Ive always differentiated lemmy/reddit from social media for 2 main reasons. First because it isnt (or wasnt) full of "influencers" trying to push shit on you. Second and probably more so, becausee its anonymous. I dont know anyone one here personally and no one knows me. These platforms are more like collections of the internet with a comment section, imo. Not much different than things like The Chive or even a news site, but instead of news, its memes and sometimes news
I havent watched Sunny in ages. But yes, that was my experience lol
So i know its 2 weeks later, but i just confirmed this is a feature! It doesnt clear left over time after just 5 minutes
I went to a coffee shop yesterday that tried to tell me they only accepted orders through their app. I almost walked out, until the finally poured my coffee, but continued to give me shit about it, "ok but next time you have to use the app"
"Yea no. There will be no next time."
This is it. You cant give it your all every day. Youll be filled to capacity every day and be miserable. Then those days / weeks where your work load increase, you turn it up to 11, hit all your deliverables, and look like a champ
