My buddy does this with 3 kids. Hes been a contractor all his life for start up. Regularly gets equity in the start up. Builds it up, then cashes out.

Works for him as a contractor because he can make his own hours and they home school their kids, so they travel all the time too

I have some classic nintendo cartridge coasters at work. I had a young 20 something come into my office last year, pick one up, and say, "whats this? A cassette tape?"

Like dude. Even guardians of the galaxy should have told you thats not a cassette tape. Plus it fucking says Mario Brothers right on it....

Shes tried the airtag.... but "its too bulky" or "didnt fit in that bag i wanted to use" and it never made its way back on

I feel this.

Back when i had free time, id always log in before everyone else and handle the stuff that they were terribly inefficient at, then just basically dick around with them. When time became more of a premium, it got harder and harder to game because i wanted to play the game and not hang out in social spaces

Im so close to adding my wifes valet key to my ring. She regularly misplaces her keys, and just grabs the valet key. Then misplaces that. Then cant go anywhere. Then its suddenly my problem that she has no keys and is going to be late

You bet your sweet ass if youre driving like a dick, im slowing down. Flash your light? I flash the little red ones on the back of my car to let you know that i saw you. Every time your lights come on, so do mine!

My buddy once had an epic hydroponic set up going in his garage. One day the garage door went up for some reason. Guess someone saw it and called the cops. They went full on raid of his garage only to find some of the best fucking vegetables in the city. He said they were actually visibly upset that he only had veggies

Agree 100% on the dead petal. Every manual transmission ive owned has the clutch and a footrest, so it actually appears to be 4 pedals if you dont know what youre looking at

As someone who has lost a dog they were really close to, i get it, and i appreciate it. Loss is loss. The feelings we feel are similar.

Its like when people with kids talk to people with pets and they talk about pets as their kids. It doesnt bother me, thats what you know. And honestly, sometimes, my 4 year old isnt much different than a dog anyway. People that get offended by that, imo, are self centered and lack empathy themselves
