Which takes me back to my first point. Believing there is no god is not the same as "no religion." The survey has clearly delineated the two seeing as the atheist group is 3% and other surveys have shown "no religion/religious affilitation" to be as high as 30%

Im not so sure id call schwab a conflict of interest exactly. They do provide the service, but financial institutions like that are not allowed to provide investing advice, so they cant upsell strategies like that. All they can do is explain it so that you know what strategy you want to pursue.

Not in HR, but am involved in the hiring process. We are not allowed to ask personal questions. Cant talk about family or personal background. If i ask a question about someones family and they tell me they have 5 kids, and they dont get the job because we found a better candidate, they have a clear and obvious path to file a discrimination case.
