Nioh 2 is only of 50% but it's my favourite game. It has the bonfire + bloodstain mechanics but the gameplay is a lot more ninja gaiden than souls. You don't need to pay nioh 1 to play 2. I actually never played 1 despite 2 being my favourite because i couldn't be bothered to be forced into the role of Geraldo of Nippon

I really appreciate the Devs for putting a lot of work into optimizing their game instead of just saying the PC needs to be more powerful. They put out a number of updates during early access solely focused on making the game run smooth af.
