I love my clickety clack. It's so satisfying.

Netflix wanting to get paid for their service and content is reasonable.

Sure, it's reasonable, and why I started subscribing in the first place. But if I pay for four screens, I expect to be able to use all of those four screens, no matter what address they are being viewed from.

Indeed. And Epic Games even went as far as hiring psychologists to make Fortnite as addictive as possible. And as proof that it works, Fortnite is one of my most favourite of games and I play it almost every single day.

I was there 17 years. Can't say I miss it, but I do lament it. The community there helped change my life in some very significant ways. But it became glaringly obvious that the administration have little to no appreciation or respect for their users. I've been enjoying watching them scramble to re-engage lost value in their IPO. I will only return to participate on r/place ... whether that's thru the void or a "Fuck u/spez" ... they will get my traffic for that.

I have several hundred "Bricks" which is some cryptocurrency from r/FortniteBR ... It's stored in my "Vault" but I dunno how to use it or what I can buy with it. I dunno if I can sell it, but I remember them specifically referring to these Bricks as crypto when they came out, and they are earned by posting content and comments.

I just checked and these bags have no such thing written anywhere on them.

Well my social situation means I have to take a bargain where it becomes available to me. Not just hypothetically, I've actually been homeless in the past so I don't want to end up there again because I was spending more than I need to of my meager income in some desperate attempt to support people who own brick and mortar businesses. That's a lot more than I've ever had.

the value seems to be entirely in the packaging.

How true and how ridiculous is that?! At least my Pop Vinyls & Star Trek Hot-wheels collectibles are still functional toys if they are ever removed from their packaging.

❤️ Last year I gave the postie a six pack of beer, the year before I gave him a box of Favourites (popular box of mixed chocolates). The postie is delivering rain, hail, or shine. He's usually already dropped off my delivery while I'm still in bed! It's a tough job and they don't get enough praise.
