The uterus expands to just under the lungs during pregnancy. It should be possible for some madman (and madwoman) to cause the cervix to dilate and just keep on stretching the uterus until it's long enough.

KeepassXC + Syncthing. Using for 2+ years no issues. Have separate database files for each device and merge them as needed.
