I give them a year before Israel ceases being relevant on the world stage, and less than a decade before they no longer appear on maps.

And the carts have that safety feature which causes them to instantly stop if there's no pressure on the seat, so every time the rider hits a bump the cart suddenly stops and doesn't restart unless the rider, who probably cannot stand up unaided, has to get up and sit back down again. Not that the cart's interface explains that's what happened, so the end user has to sit there and assume the cart just died for no reason.

Thankfully, Wal-Mart is too fricking cheap to permanently implement something like that. They can't even keep a stack of handbaskets by the door without all of them getting stolen within a month and take years to replace them, electronic price tags are getting broken and unusable near instantly.
