This. If you actually want positive change, go out and join a socialist org to take direct action. In capitalist states — specially imperial core ones — elections are just an ad campaign that won't bring any positive change for workers on its own.

Elections will, however, gradually shift to the far-right as long as liberals/capitalists are in power (see: overton window).

Typical liberal rejecting any shift to the left in favour of fascists.

It's great that the LFI managed to come this far even within a liberal framework, but real change has only ever come from organizing and applying pressure from outside the capitalist system to overthrow it. This should be a signal to french comrades to start organizing for that.

Watching the video would help. Basically, it's a barely-held-together coalition that won't last for very long. Meanwhile the far-right has massively risen in popularity over the last few years.

Nazi Germany existed for 12 years and led to some of the most genocidal, bloodthirsty populations in history.

"Israel's" very existence is built on the continued genocide of Palestinians, and this occupation has existed for 76 years. It makes sense then that its population is this bloodthirsty, having festered in a fascist state for this long.

Is it also "left wing" to bypass congress to send weapons to a genocidal state faster? Or denounce the ICC for actions against that state like in the post you're commenting on?

? Of course there is opposition between the left and the right. What does that have to do with two right wing genocidal capitalist parties?

On brand for .world users to defend a fascist in these comments

"Trolling" is when you put a picture of someone with something that they agree with

Don't worry, he completely agrees with the move as you'd expect.

Biden denounces ICC for ‘outrageous’ implication of equivalence between Israel and Hamas

The Biden administration on Monday forcefully denounced efforts by the International Criminal Court to seek arrest warrants for top Israeli officials and Hamas leaders, saying the court’s efforts put the terrorist organization and a top US ally on equivalent footing.

And why would it matter if it's a rep or dem doing something specifically? They're the two parties of capital and instruments of the capitalist class; one cannot exist without the other. It doesn't matter which one specifically has been doing the most recent fascist shit.

Dems and reps are equally part of the ruling capitalist class and are the parties of capital. There is no real "opposition" between the two aside from optics.

And as you'd expect, Biden does of course agree with this move like another user mentioned.
